Refunds, Returns and Exchange

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Our Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from the Company and its affiliates, including purchases on the Site, through customer relations executives, or at Our stores.

Refunds

  • Refunds, if any, whether in the form of cash or store credit, will be processed within 5-7 working days of (i) You providing the appropriate account details in case of a cash refund; or (ii) receipt of product by Us.

  • Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment. However, there will be no refunds in cash, even if the original payment was made in cash.

  • There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discounts were applied to the order.

  • In case of payments made via an online mode, You will opt for a chargeback only if (i) You are eligible for a refund as per these Terms; and (ii) despite being eligible, We have been unable to refund such monies to Your account within the timeline set out herein.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit, provided they meet Our terms and conditions herein.

  • All exchanges, including change of size, are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.

  • Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.

  • In case of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the MRP of the product.

  • Since We keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever You shop with us next time.

  • Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.

  • Product/products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is sold off the rack (in case of a store sale) and a return/exchange request is placed by You within 24 hours of purchase (if bought in store).

  • A product returned to Us as per these terms can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by Us and upon confirmation by Us that the product is in fact returnable as per these terms.

  • If You wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, You can only return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately using the credit.

  • Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. Please immediately inform Our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.

  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with Your return.

  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. If the sole is scratched, the same will not be accepted for return/exchange.

  • Briefs, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms will not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation by You.

  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If You would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, We will offer to repair faulty items.

  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. For detailed description of what includes custom-made, please refer to [link].

  • In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.

  • If an order has more than five products, then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund will not be possible.

  • Discounted product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If in case of any approved cancellation (as permissible under the applicable terms and conditions), a cancellation charge of 5% of the order value (excluding any amount paid using loyalty points or store credit) will be payable and utilised towards payment gateway charges on account of such cancellation.

  • For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale (including EOSS), discount/offer code, or coupon.

Cancellation

  • We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.

  • Only store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

  • If in case of any approved cancellation (as permissible under the applicable terms and conditions), a cancellation charge of 5% of the order value (excluding any amount paid using loyalty points or store credit) will be payable and utilised towards payment gateway charges on account of such cancellation.

  • To cancel, return, or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at info@sanyam.com. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 - 9953718869, which remains open 24 hours on all 7 days (Monday to Sunday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us. For products sold in store, Customer may visit the store as well, provided the same is done within timelines set out in the terms.
